Support for Families at risk of Homelessness
Aim
Support for Families at risk of Homelessness aims to improve assistance to families experiencing homelessness in establishing and maintaining public and social housing tenancies and private rental accommodation. The service will provide intensive long-term support for families to help them build the capacity to maintain their housing.
The Support for Families at risk of Homelessness service is a partnership between HomeGround, The Salvation Army Social Housing Service and Wombat Housing.
Eligibility
Families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness are eligible for assistance.
Please note that your eligibility for specific forms of assistance will vary depending on your circumstances.
Access
You can access this program by calling freecall 1800 048 325 from anywhere in Victoria or by visiting us at 68 Oxford Street Collingwood or 122 Chapel Street St Kilda 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Potential clients can also access the program via SASHS Western IAP service, Metrowest IAP service or North East Housing IAP service.
