Private Rental Management Program
Aim
The Private Rental Management Program (PRMP) aims to end homelessness permanently for people by providing access to private properties, managed by HomeGround on behalf of private 'social' landlords and philanthropic trusts. Tenants are provided with ongoing support during their tenancy.
Eligibility and access
Referrals are accepted from support services. Eligibility is determined based on location/type of property and the available support services.
Please note: We are not receiving referrals at the moment as all properties are tenanted.

PRMP has been made possible by the generous support of Ernst Nominees Pty Ltd and other landlords who have made their properties available to formerly homeless households. These properties have helped people get their life back on track and create positive change in their lives.
We are actively seeking new landlords to participate in this program. We offer a professional service that enables you to easily transform your desire to help people who are homeless into a reality with full support and minimum risk.
