HACC and Homelessness Network
Yarra Home and Community Care (HACC) and Homlessness Services provide support services to people within the municipality to remain in their homes. These organisations communicate and coordinate their services so that clients get the help they need.
2010 Yarra HACC and Homelessness Forum
In November 2010 agencies from across Yarra met to get to know each other, review policy development and work out ways different services can work together.
